When Should I Schedule My Alterations?
We recommend scheduling your first alterations appointment 6–8 weeks before your wedding date.
This allows time for approximately two to three fittings to ensure your gown fits beautifully.
While it may be tempting to begin alterations months in advance, we generally recommend waiting until closer to your wedding. Your body can change, and altering your gown too early may result in additional fittings, adjustments, and unnecessary expenses.
